Free Training Advice Session

We're all ears

If you are unsure where to begin, we hold free help and advice sessions with one of our experienced trainers. We welcome you to our Catchdale Moss Ln store to come along for a chat with one of our instructors.

These sessions are helpful if you are new to dog ownership and are not sure where to begin, or if you have specific issues that you would like to address that may not be covered in general training classes. If you are an experienced owner and would like to progress to a higher level, we can also help point you in the right direction.

If you have questions regarding problems around the home, in the park or anything else, we will do our best to help and give as much advice as you need. There is no need to bring your dog if your dog isn't comfortable in new surroundings or around people or other dogs. But if they are - we'd love to meet them!

FAQs

Do I have to bring my dog with me?

No. If you would feel more comfortable visiting us without your dog, then we are happy to have a chat with just yourself. Please note, our sessions take place at the shop around other dogs and people, so if your pup is reactive you may wish to leave them at home to prevent any stressful situations.

What do you cover?

Everything! If you need training advice such as recall, lead work, or not sure where to begin class wise, we're here to help. If you have questions regarding food, house training or reactivity to the doorbell, come along and we can offer some homework to help with this.

Who will I speak to?

All of our sessions are conducted by our experienced and qualified training team. Please just let a member of staff in store know you have arrived and we can go from there!

How long is the session?

Each session is approximately 15 minutes long. If you feel you need longer, you may wish to book a 1-2-1 session, which will also contain some practical work depending on the issues you would like to work on. To find out more, please follow this link.
